BSA is a membership organization comprised of families and individuals interested in saving money. For over a decade, this nationwide association has been empowering the individual member with the clout and protection of a large organization.  BSA membership provides different levels of membership and access to programs that provide discounted pricing on certain products and services such as discount medical products, wellness services and consumer services.

NOTICE of ANNUAL MEETING of MEMBERS

The 2024 Annual Meeting of the Members of Benefit Services Association (BSA) will be held at 5005 LBJ Freeway, Suite 1500, Dallas, TX 75244 on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at 1:00 PM Central Standard Time, for the election of Directors and for the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof. If planning to attend in person, please contact brandon.vining@aon.com for visitor instructions. In the event a member will not be attending the annual meeting, the member constitutes and appoints the Secretary of BSA, the true and lawful attorney for the member with full power of substitution, to appear and act as the proxy for the member at the annual meeting and at any and all adjournments thereof, and to vote for and in the name, place and stead of the member, as fully as the member might or could do if personally present. This proxy is revocable and will not affect a member's right to vote in person in the event that the member attends the meeting.
